Hi folks, i have a sony a390 its a year old, i think i need a new battery, but i looked up the same one which is infolithium h actiforce 6.8v 870mah, it says that is for a camcorder. can anybody tell me which battery to buy and where thank you very much.   carol erskine

Hi Carol,

You need a NP-FH50 which is used in several Sony Cameras and Camcorders.

You can get it from Sony Direct: -

Your local Sony Centre and from other Photographic shops like Jessops and online vendors: -

Just make sure you are buying a genuine Sony battery.
