Can sony please address as to why your 7.5 update killed 3 not 1 but 3 of my ps4 pro consoles , not only that , but when i called sony to ask for an explanation i was told to basically and buy a new console , i PAID for a pre order game , which had 3 days early access which i cant now play because of your update , so now after wiping my whole console of everything i had on it im now having to wait 32 hours for data to be copied over from another console which has delayed me even more , with no explantation whatsoever sony your are the most waste company ever !!!!!! Most definitely taking this to local newspapers with the phone call recording i have of your customer services that dont offer any services DO NOT BUY SONY PRODUCTS!!!!
