Help cannot register my ps4

Hey there,

sorry if i publish here but there is no spoecific thread or forum for this issue.

I'm trying to register  my ps4 @ https://www.sony.co.uk/mysony/product/register

but it won't recognise my product cuh-2016a or allow me to enter the full serial number.

Hi,

You simply need to enter "PlayStation 4" which should allow you to register your product.

yes I selected playstion 4 but when I try to enter the serial number I can't enter all the digits

Hi there

Does your serial number have a 03 in it at the start?

I believe if you leave that out then the registration should work.

Hi - i have tried all the above but still cannot progress to register my PS4

BTW the Model#=>CUH-1116A

I am having the same issue. I type in my model number beginning with CUH and it disappears when I got to click register.
