Astonished they cant handle lower level volume smartphone sound...i dont know whether they are faulty...or just cant handle the bass??? Again im amazed as ive just bought a pair of 11.99 Xiaomi Redmi Airdots 2 which at 5 percent of the sony price...embarasses them???? The cable connection is spot on soundwise...but i cant accept this performance for a lot of money....plus cos ive had them 4 months (mrs bought a month before my birthday) and used them just once....sadly 4 months after purchase...they cant be refunded and have been advised by currys i have to phone sony....
