protector error

i have a 2yo amplifier STR-DA5600ES that shows this error when connected - any advice ?

Hi hdskinner,

 

I've looked up this error message, and it's indicating that the upper panel is covered with something. You can remove the object covering the upper panel of the receiver and turn on the power again.
