We need to replace our 30 year old Sony amp. We have recently replaced speakers, since the amp finally blew the old ones, with Mission MX1 nominal impedence 8 ohms and recommended amp 25-100W. The amp supports Sony CD player, and AIWA record deck, both acquired within last 10 years, and Sony Bravia LCD Digital TV that is HD ready (but not huge so not bothered about HD). We do not want an all singing all dancing home cinema and do not want to have to replace any of the above as well. What would anyone recommend?
