XAV-1500 n does not play video from USB

Hi, XAV-1500 n does not play video from USB flash drive. I tried all the video formats, but nothing works!

What's the format of the USB drive? Try NTFS

I tried the format: NTF, FAT32, exFAT, the video does not open. I also used video formats:MPEG-4; MOV; AVI; MKV; WMV........, appears on the display : "Cannot play this content"

There are resolution and bit rate/sample rate restrictions.

Make sure you're using the supported ones.
