BDP S6200 Menu sceen judder

Since I have had it from new the menu screen on my BDPS6200 does not flow or scroll freely,  it moves from icon to icon very jerkily. Is this a fault or a settings issue. My outgoing BDP S350 scrolled perfectly as does my PS3....

It should flow smoothly though whether this is actually a fault I can't say for sure.

Maybe the best option would be to RESET your device and see if that clears the problem.

Here's how:-

• Open the HOME menu on your BD Player and scroll left to SETUP (Toolbox Icon)

• Scroll all the way down the list until you reach 'RESETTING'

• Click OK on your remote and when asked RESET ALL SETTINGS.

• When complete, power OFF your player and disconnect from the power supply for 1 minute

• Re-connect the power and retest if the issue is cleared.
