I have a problem with ht-ct390 the first one I had stopped working all the time after 3 weeks got a replacement and that’s fine apart from when I have a Samsung DVD player attached tried different hdmi cable and different port had Sony tv and Sony soundbar 4 months DVD player works fine with tv alone and with any other tv any ideas

What seems to be the problem when you connect your Samsung DVD player? Also, could you tell us more about the connection you're having the issue with?

Sometimes when I use the Samsung Blu-ray player the sound bar cuts out I have tried another Samsung Blu-ray player changed the hdmi lead and used another hdmi on tv the tv is new Sony

If the issue affects the soundbar even when it's connected to a different blu-ray player, you could try to reset it to see if this would make any difference. You can follow the steps on Page 26 of  the User Manual here: http://clc.am/ZY0jBw
