I have a BDP-S380 BluRay player/Internet device with latest firmware and working nicely. Installed the Media Remote app on my iPhone and it does not get recognised in the setup registration process.
Having followed all the instructions to the letter, I am confused and surprised. Both the S380 and iPhone are on the same network and connected to the internet. I'm with BT Infinity using the Home Hub 3 and have ensured that UPnP is enabled. Have tried with and without UPnP security and with and without the router's firewall enabled.
The iPhone is connected over wireless N and the S380 on a Homeplug AV200 point.
Has anyone else got this setup or close to it? What am I missing - port forwarding or something?
