Noticed a few related posts on this firmware issue which presented circa 19th July 2013- any fix yet Sony?
The issue appears to be fixed, or at least the cause of it - an error in the EPG data.
Restart the machine by holding the on/off button until the dispaly changes, then release and press agin briefly.
