Hey,
I have a KDL-EX724 with a CA module through which I'm receving a digital signal from my cable provider. When I enter the digital setup (to remove/disable some 180 unwanted channels) the option digital programme sorting is disabled/greyed out. When clicking it I get the message "no settings needed in case of current operator". I've also checked the manual and it mentions the this may be disabled in some countries.
Two questions comes to my mind:
1. What's the reason for some countries not having access to this option? Do some nationalities not have the need to sort channels? I'm Swedish and have the need.
2. Why can't I just hide unwanted channels or at least reorganize them? What's the technical limitation?
