Help - I restored Factory Settings and now it is all in French...

As above, I stupidly hit 'Restore Factory Settings', now I've lost most of my channels and all of the instructions are in French, every bit of writing, so I have no idea how to get myself out of this! I can't understand it! Help!

Since no one else has bothered replying, and it seems like a reasonable question, I will have a go!  How did you factory reset your TV?  Can you repeat the process?  Does it go back into French again?

What model Bravia do you have?

There is usually a Country/Language Menu screen to choose your country after a reset.
