How Do I Install/Downlad widgets?

I have a 46" KDL-46EX703 with an ethernet cable connected to my router.

Any help would be appreciated

Hi MattDuval

You can't install/download widgets as such as they get introuduced by firmware updates. As long as you leave your TV in standby plugged into your router, and your TV has updates turned on they will appear as when Sony introduce them. See here for latest widgets.

Hehe - November is a big month. Indeed there will be four new services before the end of the year, all really  cool in their own different ways.
