Lovefilm

Lovefilm has stopped working on my Bravia TV and Lovefilm say it is a Sony update for their software. Sony are now closed for assistance. Has anyone any ideas on how to sort my settings out?

Hi

Obvious first question is are you running the latest software on your TV? There are no known issues with the service, so maybe do the usual firmware upgrade then factory reset and see how things look then.

Hi there

The problem you are experiencing, is probably due to Sony upgrading to the SEN account.  If you log into www.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com if you havnt converted to this new system, it will tell you to do so, follow onscreen instructions. If you have, resetthe links to lovefilm by taking the option off and then re-adding it, it should pop up with a lovefilm window to activate for bravia tv. if all else fails, then do a factory reset.

sometimes i think that the factory reset is said too often, as it can take some time to set it all back up again.
