No sound on My Bravia 42EX410

Hi!

I have no sound on my Bravia 42EX410 TV, but when I switch it off and turn it on, everything is ok with sound. When I leave the TV off for an hour and turn it on, again I have no sound, but when I switch it off and on, the sound appears.

Why and how can I solve this? The TV is old 3 weeks.

You shouldn't be having this issue for a new TV. If there were no firmware upgrades or something similar done, I would suggest to check your warranty here and see if it can be replaced.
