why is it so hard to get in contact with sony help, I have tried loads of times to send an email about an error code 1106, even when I have logged on it still askes for my user name and pass word again to send a message, which after entering I get an error message "name or password incorrect" this is atfer using the same ones to get onto the site in the first place

Your not alone, I, like you, cannot get past the support page, as it says "name or password incorrect", This is despite logging in to the previous pages of the website, and logging in again to reply here.
