Problem with Sony 49xe7077

Hello.I have problem after last sw update 8.673-1000-1.280-0000.After update i lost apps (Netflix, Amazon prime).


According to instructions with Sony support i try to downgrade on version on V.835 or V.8533.but unsuccessfully.

Maybe somebody knows how to solve this problem?

Hi there,

Welcome to the Sony Community. 

App icons can sometimes disappear just after an update. 

Can you try the following steps below -

1. Press the HOME button on the remote.
2. Select Network in Settings, then press the Enter button.
3. Select Refresh Internet Content, then press the Enter button.

I would suggest resetting the TV to original factory settings which should help. More details on how to perform this here.
