Sony Bravia KDL-40EX403

I have a Bravia KDL-40EX403, a 100% signal but cannot get freeview HD, i have checked my postcode and HD is available and people near me have it, i have also tried a full scan. This is driving me crazy as this is the main reason i purchased the set. Help!!

Strange - the BBC 1 HD is on channel 50 I think. If it isn't working, maybe give the call centre a buzz to see if they can help.
