Sony TV will not accept my WPA key

I have tried to set up my new Sony smart TV and to get it to connect to my home network. However when trying to do this the TV will not accept my WPA security Key. I can only access the net by disabling the WPA secuity on my router which is not satisfactory. Any suggested solutions would be most welcome

Hi there


A couple of suggestions.


1 - Ensure that you are typing the correct password, also ensure that you are inputting it in with the correct case (as in Upper and Lower case letters), you may need to press different keys on the remote control to change between cases.

2 - You can also try the WPS setup


Other than that, im not sure how to advise you further
