Sony XBR65X930E  issue with Netflix picture size missing almost half the screen.  How do I fix?

Don't seem to have this issue with Regular TV, just Netflix.  Probably 80-90% of the shows I'm watching are Not full screen and there seems to be no option to change picture size (with Netflix).  Pretty annoying when only half the screen is displayed.  Is there another remote available that will do this??  or firmware upgrade??
