Hi I have a new Sony Bravia smart tv and I can’t get Netflix to work, when I press the Netflix button on the remote all I get is a black screen with a red Netflix logo, hope someone out there can help me

Thanks for your help I will try to solve it if not I will just have to watch Netflix on my tablet - jenni

Hi @Jennirogers,

 

it would be a shame, if you would be forced to watch Netflix on your tablet.

 

If you are unable to get it to work, I will inform a Sony employee about your issue and he/she will most likely be able to present a solution to you.

 

For that simply reply to this message with the current state of your issue (e.g. "unsolved" or "solved").
