Where to find "back" and "next" buttons on RMF-TX900U remote with Bravia XR-55A95L Google TV

Anybody know how to use the Back and Forwards buttons on the above remote to control YouView Catchup earlier days? Sony docs say use the menu button for onscreen selection (like entering a channel number) but none of the applets have the option needed. The only recourse is to use another remote control which has the buttons available.

Hi @flashydave   You have to use the RMT-TX440E remote or hold down the Direction keys to scroll quickly backwards and forwards.

Whilst that sort of works in that you can scroll backwards or forwards fast it doesnt replicate the << and >> buttons which you are meant to use to go backward or forward 1 day at a time. 

Any other suggestions?

Maybe Sony will see this thread and consider adding an appropriate "on screen" applet accessed via the Menu button (like the numeric pad) as it appears to be bit of an omission otherwise. There are many reasons you might want to use more than pause and play as per the physical buttons on that remote.
