YouTube, Netflix and Sleep button on remotecontrol does not work

My daughter is very happy with her tv (32WE610-BRAVIA smart TV), only the buttons for YouTube, Netflix and the sleepertimer on her remotecontrol do not work.

If she want to watch YouTube or Netflix, she has to use 'home' and than sellect the app. Why doesn't this work with the direct buttons? (these direct access buttons were one of her reasons to buy this model)

The same for the sleepertimer. It works well using the options menu, but not by the direct button. What's wrong? And how can I solve this?

Hi Rianne,

Welcome to the Sony Community.

It sounds like the recording function on the TV is On in standby mode.  If you turn this off it should resolve the issue.
