about graphic card memory

My computer is VGN-B1VP and I have a problem about graphic card memory. The VGA card must be 64 MB of shared memory. But, it appears 8 MB and it uses the memory. I want to set up 64 MB, I coudn't find any directions in setup settings or Control Panel. How (or Where) can I change the VGA memory, help me, please!

Intel's 855GME makes use of dynamic video memory, which means most of the time you will have 8 mb available (when you are using word, excel and other applications which not require 2d/3d acceleration). When you launch let's say a game, your system allocates dynamically and on-the-fly extra memory for the vga. That's all.

Have you tried pressing F2 on bootup?
I think the settings are in the BIOS
