Another vista question, who do you pay?

Sorry to bring up the Vista subject again. I have had my COA valadted, it has no date of delivery on left side but on the right it says the amount to pay is. £17 .50.
But who do I ring to pay with visa to get mine dele
ivered. Have not got a clue of next step. Sent email to them to ask but no reply. If you have had your where and how did you pay your amount.

Trying to contact Moduslink has been fruitless for me.

I've had no reply to emails and have only been able to get through on the phone once only to be put on hold for 20 minutes after which I gave up!

The entire system seems to be a complete shambles.
