BIOS Password?????

Hi all

Ive recently bought my first VAIO. I got it second hand, and it appears to have a BIOS password on startup. The place where I got it from knew this, and supplied me with the password. However, I would like to be able to remove it. Can someone help me please?

My laptop details are:

PCG-K215M
Windows XPSP2

when you enter the bios the should be a option to change the password

There is no option, just a password box. Im only assuming its a bios password. It happens before the SONY startup, or windows login.

Press F2 immediately after entering the BIOS password
