i had done a system restore (after finally giving on vista) and not gone on to install the applications. only after you put the applications on do you get the toshiba bluetooth stuff which then goes into a bluetooth folder under the programs folder. after the clean install i tried various ways to get the microsoft bluetooth to start but never managed it.
