Bluetooth Hotsync for PEGTG50?

Be careful - Bluetooth and Wireless (802.11) are totally different and do not use the same hardware. You can Hotsynch with Bluetooth, but not if it is being done for the first time (ie: out of the box).

If I have a Bluetooth dongle, will I be able to hotsync wirelessly with my Clie? I'm running out of USB ports.

What would I have to install and what changes would I have to make?

If you use the Sony dongle then all you have to do is install the drivers, install bluespace which is provided with the dongle. Pair the devices and you're away.

It's all pretty well described in the manual and is very straightforward. It's also a fair bit slower than using the USB port and docking station.

I didn't realise Sony did their own dongle. I'll look into it, thanks!
