Boot process notebook pcg 215m

 Hello,

Booting process from my new notebook pcg 215m is slow, more than 2 min.
Is this normal and what can I do to improve.
Thanks

Well 2 minute isn't THAT bad, I've had longer than that before. However, go to the Start Menu, and click Run. In the box type "msconfig" (no quotes) and then click on the startup tab in the new box that just opened. Unclick any programs that are running on startup that you feel you don't need (be sure to check first so you don't disable anything important) and then apply the settings. You may also get a small boost by cleaning the resgistry, defragmenting the hard drive and disabling any hardware you know you won't use.

I personally haven't noticed the reduced boot time. The last thing that loads is my wireless connectivity.
