cosair memory 3200!

Question on the following : -

Corsair (TWINX1024-3200XLPT) 1024MB (2x512M Matched Pair), DDR400 / PC3200, non-ECC, unbuffered, 2-2-2-5,

im using a vaio 402 with 3200 400 mhz memory in dual channel but i want to upgrade to 1g

i waz looking at the memory above.. as the timing are pretty high and i know that sony have locked the bios but this memory boots up at high timings so not bothered!!..

Any idea if this memory will work on my system or will it fail to boot??
