Album art has to be downloaded manually from the www or if you can't find the correct album art use a scanner.
http://www.amazon.com or uk is a good place to download album art.
With Sonicstage in Album view just drag the album art to the CD icon to the left of the Album Title.
It will then ask if you want to apply to all tracks. Click yes.
When this album is transferred to Vaio Pocket the album art will also be transferred.

Can SonicStage automatically get cover art like it gets the CD's details?
Once you add cover art does SonicStage automatically add it to the VAIO Pocket, is there some sort of Syncro mode or do you have to delete tracks from player and re-transfer audio with the cover art?
