1. laptop crashed for the second time in six months of purchase
2. Collection not done for more than a week
3. UPS does not call the customer to inform of arrival (Expect the customer to leave the box at the door of my 350 flat student accomodation building)
4. Rude and mannerless staff at UPS
5. Missed assignment deadlines and university lectures as I have no clue of when UPS will collect the laptop from me and I have to be in all day to be available as there isnt a reception.
