Dead Pixel

I just bought a new laptop (FE41S) and the screen has a dead pixel (black).

What si Sony's policy on dead pixels?

I'm guessing you need a few more to get a replacement screen but you never know.

Hi Andrew,

There was a link to Sony's pixel policy at the bottom of this How to troubleshoot LCD (screen) problems. but it does not seem to work anymore, probably due to the web site changes..

I checked for a new How to troubleshoot LCD (screen) problems and the link has been removed altogether..

I have asked if someone from Sony can provide me with a new link..

I did however find this link , not sure if helps much though..
