display on its side...

seems a bit mad but accidentally upended a vaio laptop and now display is on its side (but mouse track is normal) - how can I get the display back to normal? Its pretty much unusable as it is now...

What Vaio model do you have?

Some models have this feature and you can change 'Orientation' in the Windows Display Properties (right-click on your Desktop and select Screen Resolution -> Orientation)

This happened on someone I knows laptop..

Try pressing and holding down the Ctrl & Alt key, then press the up arrow..
