just to let you guys khow i spoken to sony on the phone today and the drivers will be reslesed later this week

excellent, gd news, i will be upgrading to vista then. Might keep my xp recovery just in case though ;). Would that be possible? to format C drive, and install windows vista on it. Keeping ye oldle xp recovery. Cheers.

I hope you will be able to revert to XP but I think the Sony driver upgrade may include a BIOS change which may make this difficult.

oh right, one dident think of this. i will find out soon enough. If it wont work. i will figure a way, i might just demolish my recovery.
