excellent service from Sony

A big thankyou to Sony for collecting and fixing my lappy in superfast time, my right locking catch had snapped off and i phone Sony and they arranged collection from my work last wednesday and delivered it back Yesterday nicely packaged and they phoned me today to make sure i received it ok.
