External Tv Tuner Card for PCV-V1

I hate placing this under the desktops coz it isnt a conventional desktop, but then I think some others will say the same about their RA-104s, so anyway, I've had enough of black-white garbled picture on this so I am planning on buying a new external Tv tuner card, I wanted to buy one which automatically switches between PAL, Secam and NTSC. I found one called 'EXCEL USB External TV Tuner Card w/Capture, Remote Control' but having a hard time finding a dealer to deliver it here.
Any Ideas? Thanks so much

If you are in America - try best buy, and circuit city, they're apparently good stores. Also try www.pricewatch.com
