fan on my s3hp

when i am using my laptop on ac power the fan runs faster and stays on, and on battery power it dont come on that much, the settings are the same for battery and ac power, i prefere ac power because the fan stays on and the bottom stays cool with the fan running but i dont understand why i cant keep the fan running on battery power, any idea?

Probably due to battery management

well if the fan was on when usin batt the the fan will pull batt power too much so they cut it
