Does the graphics card come with 128mb shared memory or do i need to change this in the BIOS and if so how the hell do i open the BIOS?????

Pressing "F2" (repeatedly) when you power on will get you into the Bios but I suspect the settings you are hoping to change will not be there.

You do not say what model you have try a search for "Shared Video Memory " at VAIO LINK
