GRT815E Powerpack and Battery

When you check the battery, does it load full to 100%? I've got the same problem, my battery only loads up to 77% and doesn't stop loading. That's the reason why i'll gonna make a reclamation or service.

I have a PCG-GRT815E, I was so surprised when I picked up the laptop and the BRICK SIZED powerpack that came with it, has anyone else managed to source an alternative from Sony for a GRT815E ?
And despite a massive powerpack the battery is only giving me 50 mins max ?

I have got a GRT996ZP and was also suprised by the huge power pack. Have come from a GRX416SP - a lot more portable!
