Hardware error

Hi
When starting up my pcv-w1 I get "Hardware monitor found error: enter power setup menu for details" Hit F1 to continue or F2 to enter setup."
I think it might be the temp of the machine. It says that the mb temp is 28.5/83 and the cpu is 41.5/106 is this ok?
