HELP PLEASE!!!!!

i bought a vaio pocket, since getting it ive put a couple of images on it, and updated it with the performance/skin firmware. but it hasnt yet been recognised by any of the software that came with it SS, and Vaio music transfer. the computer recongnises it, just not the software. what is wrong? and how can i solve this?

Hi!

Maybe you have that problem because the software has not been updated, try to update the software as it is described in the official website.

yeh it works now, cheers, problem is theres a real problem with the labelling of MP3's, sometimes songs just dont appear, do you know if there is an update that enables you to transfer WMA's as all my music is MP3 and WMA
