issue: music display on the screen

Hello everyone !

I am a brand new owner of the VaioPocket and really loves it ! I have nevertheless an issue regarding music display...

When I upload music, I enter all the properties info (artist, title, jacket...) but when I play it, I don't see the "title" of the album on the screen but only the name of the band, the jacket and down the screen the title of the song...

Is there a way to have the title of the album displayed on the scrren while playing a song of an album ?

If the title is in the file, then you should upgrade the firmware.

i already upgraded the firmware.

juste as an example, here is what i have on the display screen:
U2
(here i have a cd logo)
(here i have the jacket)
song title.

Do you have the title of the album next to the cd logo on the top ?

Yes, the title of the album is shown beside the CD symbol on the second line of the display.

What version of SonicStage are you using? SonicStage 3.1, which I would recommend has a simpler way of using album names.

well, i'm using the sonic stage 2.3 version that i downloaded here in the upgrade section...
the cd install i was given when i bought the vaio entailed sonic stage 2.1

any clue where i can find sonic stage 3.1 version ?

Strictly speaking it has been released for the NW-HD5, but it works a treat with the VP. It is slicker and faster.
