(Lack of) Customer Support in Portugal?

Hi guys.

I've bought my FE11S about 11 months ago, and recently got an e-mail about the voluntary battery replacement. I followed the instructions and my battery qualifies for this, so I've tried doing so.. but couldn't..

On the first webpage one ticks a box with the appropriate serial number, and then fills the battery number.. but on the next page, they ask you to fill that battery number again, and one can't write on the box.. clicking "ok" says that a mandatory field is missing, and one cannot do anything..

I then thought I'd give them a call.. I called 882 780 174, Vaio-Link's number, as seen in http://www.vaio-link.com/bprp/phone/phone.asp?l=pt ... "the number you've dialled does not exist"...

Now, before whenever I had any problems I used this forum, but I should be able to talk to somebody, no?.. if anybody can give me a hand with this, I'd very much appreciate it.
