Missing an accent on my VAIO 215M

I can't find an accent on my VAIO 215M with an AZERTY keyboard.

I'm looking for the ` accent, but in the other direction, like the accent on é. Normally this accent can be found on the %ù key and can be accessed by ALT GR + that key, but on my keyboard I can't find that accent on any key.

Really weird! Am I stupid or has Sony 'forgotten' something?
