Just tried to register my 1 month-old Vaio laptop but the model number isn't listed and it won't let me complete the form if I type it in.

Do you have any suggestions please?

Hi Dot,

I was under the impression that the model you have has a model name starting SVF1421. You may possibly be trying to use the model number which can be common to several Vaios.

I may be wrong but can you check in Vaio Control Center > System information. This will provide the Model Name.

Only just came across your reply but thanks. You were perfectly correct. The right details were in the Vaio system app. All registered properly now.
