Hey, me laptops cd drive have worked for over a year and until a few days ago my drive has an error it has the drivers installed but when i check the hardware tab it says
"Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)
Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device."
could it mean my laptop is kinder screwed and replace my cd drive?
