New Firmware in December...

BRAVO SONY!!!

I was right....mid december SONY will release a new firmware for the Pocket Vaio.(as of news in club-vaio)
Included are native mp3 support, faster scrolling,picture wallpaper and many more enhancements.Exactly 34 updates/enhancements are in the new firmware.

Now WE ARE BETTER THAN iPod !!!

Shall it be a Christmas present or what?
Why announcing it NOW and release it 2-3 weeks later?

I wonder also if they will have a replacement for SonicStage.

As we know, the current release of SonicStage only manages tracks converted to the atrac format.

Also will the new SonicStage handle album art (jackets)?

cool, der Typ vor nem Monat hatte recht

nebst dem gibts mp3 Upgrade für nwhd1 und nwhd2, ausserdem neuen Player nw-hd3.

Der Upgrade kommt am 24.Dezember, bin mir aber nicht sicher ob damit der für den Vaio oder für die walkman gedacht sind.

die meisten nachteile werden so ausgemerzt, super.
Video wäre halt noch genial....aber später dann

I see Sony are offering a program to convert all your files from MP3 to ATRAC3Plus for use with SonicStage.

Until now you could only convert with the player connected
