No sound 2 my videos with a Viao using Windows Vista?????

I can not hear any sound when I save my videos into my VGN-N21M Vaio...and I always get a warning message on starting, that this computer does not support sound capabilities for Skype....even though I used skype on that computer...I'm not sure if those 2 problems are related in anyway....has any body got an idea...please help

I would reinstall Skype, you won't loose your contacts as they're stored remotely.
